Perching Birds (Passeriformes) > Thrush (Turdidae) > Blackbird (Turdus merula)
Commonly breeds in woodland , parks and gardens. Northern populations migrate to Western Europe. Nests in bushes, on garden trellis behind logs etc. Feeds on earthworms, insects and berries.
