Ports Solent seen across the Northern extreme of Portsmouth Harbour. Port Solent was created from re-claimed land and comprises a anchorage accessed by a lock which allows boats to transit to/from Portsmouth Harbour. Shops, Restaurants, a Cinema and flats were built surrounding the anchorage.<br />
In the foreground are the remains of a boat abandoned many years ago with another, more recently, abandoned boat. Both of these will be fully submerged at high tide.
