11 Jun 2011. War on the Line. In the station car park, a number of period vehicles were parked. Most were Austins - a brand leader at the time! Note the black-out covers on the vehicles and the white painted mudguard edges. It certainly leaves little to the imagination about the difficulties driving and for pedestrians at the time.
